Maurice Sebastian is a smooth party promoter that has ambitions to take over the city. He's no gangster, but his cousin Bruiser and best friend, Mel Kwon are. They rule the streets with an iron fist but Maurice sees that they can amass real power if they not only run the city, but ran it from CITY HALL. 
He comes up with a plan that utilizes the streets to help him get elected mayor. Once in office, he promises the streets to keep the police off them and alert them to federal investigations as long as they pay the Mayor's tax. 
Maurice uses this money to truly help the city. Crime is at an all time low because he literally controls crime. The people love him, the streets love him and even social media loves him. They call him the Thug Mayor. He links up with the top rap chick in the game. 
It all starts to go to his head as he slowly but surely tries to push Mel Kwon out of the limelight. Mel Kwon answers by turning the streets against him and that's when the city streets become a chess board and the two of them engage in Thug Politics.
